Good news! We offer free domestic ground shipping to the continental United States only. For our service clients that need hardware "Real Fast" We also offer FedEx 2-day for $20 per order, or FedEx Overnight for $35 per order. Our apologies to our US Customer's in Alaska and Hawaii must choose the FedEx 2-Day shipping option as ground shipping does not apply (note this charge may not show up in the automated checkout).

Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on your selected method of shipment when placing an order. The method of shipment you choose does not necessarily mean you will receive your order within the specified number of days.
Please note that we count from the day we ship the item and not from the day the order was placed. However, we guarantee that we attend to our customers on a first come first serve basis.
Please take note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours. In the unlikely event that we anticipate a delay in your order, you will be notified via e-mail or be contacted by our customer service representative.
ALL IN STOCK PRODUCTS FOR ORDERS PLACED AFTER 1:00 PM PST WILL BE SHIPPED OUT THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
Non-stock items are shipped directly from the Manufacturer to the customer. A 1 day lead time for shipping directly from the manufacturer may be imposed.
Drop ship items and items sent from the manufacturer may take up to 1 day for Tracking information to be updated.
